Fluffy Pumpkin

Cheesecake Pie


2 pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened
2 Eggs
2/3 c Sugar
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
1 (15 oz) can Pumpkin
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed until fluffy. Add sugar and spices. Beat until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined after each addition. Stir in pumpkin. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or until center is almost set. Cool 1 hour on wire rack. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Garnish with cool whip.
